Refund policy

Right of Withdrawal

For our regular products (e.g. bags or bottles), customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must contact us by email within this period.

Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and preferably in their original packaging.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

Subscription Products

For subscription orders, the service begins immediately after the subscription is confirmed.

By completing the subscription purchase, the customer expressly agrees that the subscription service may begin before the expiration of any applicable withdrawal period.

Payments already made for the current billing period are generally non-refundable.

However, the subscription may be canceled at any time before the next billing date. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
