Cancelling your Joyzibox subscription
The JoyziBox is a monthly subscription that automatically renews each month.
You can cancel your subscription at any time.
To avoid receiving the next month's box, you must cancel by email by the 15th of the month.
After this date, the already planned JoyziBox will still be sent, and the cancellation will apply to the following month.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Delivery time depends on the destination country and usually takes 3–7 business days.
How much are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout and depend on the delivery country and the order value.
How does the ordering process work?
After completing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
Once your package has been dispatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation with a tracking number.
Can I change my delivery address?
Yes, as long as your order has not yet been shipped.

Can I return an item?
Yes, returns are possible within 14 days of receipt, provided the goods are in unused, original condition.
