Shipping Costs

Shipping for the JoyziBox within Switzerland is free and already included in the price of CHF 29.90.

Shipping costs may be charged for individual products. These will be displayed at checkout.

Shipping for our JoyziSets within Switzerland is free.

Delivery Times

The JoyziBox is shipped once a month.

Order by the 15th of the month to secure your JoyziBox for the current month.

Shipping within Switzerland takes place between the 20th and 25th of each month.

Orders placed after this date will automatically be scheduled for the next month's JoyziBox.

All other products are usually processed within 1-3 business days.

Delivery time may vary depending on the destination country.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Important Information Regarding Delivery Address

Please ensure that your delivery address is correct and complete.

If an incorrect address was provided, you have 24 hours after placing the order to contact JOYZIKIDS:

Unfortunately, we cannot change the address after shipping.

Returns due to Incorrect Address

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer bears the costs for reshipment.
