General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed through our online store JOYZIKIDS.
2. Offer and Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to place an order.
By clicking the order button, the customer submits a binding offer. The contract is concluded once the order has been confirmed.
3. Subscription Model
Our products are offered as part of a subscription service.
Billing is carried out automatically on a monthly basis on the same day the subscription was originally started.
By completing the subscription purchase, the customer agrees to recurring automatic payments.
4. Cancellation of Subscription
The subscription may be canceled at any time.
Important:
The cancellation must be made before the next billing date in order to avoid another charge.
If the cancellation is made after the payment has already been processed, it will only take effect for the following billing period.
5. Prices and Payment
All prices are stated in CHF.
Payments are processed through secure and certified payment providers (e.g. Shopify Payments).
Only payments authorized by the customer will be processed.
6. Delivery
Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer.
Orders are processed and shipped after successful payment has been received.
For subscription orders, deliveries are made regularly between the 20th and 25th of each month.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination.
7. Invoices
After each successful payment, the customer will automatically receive a copy of the invoice by email.
8. Refunds and Right of Withdrawal
As this is a subscription service with recurring deliveries, refunds are generally excluded once payment has been made and the order has been processed.
9. Liability
We shall only be liable for damages caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
10. Data Protection
The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Final Provisions
Swiss law shall apply.
The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of the company.
JOYZIKIDS is registered in the Swiss Commercial Register.
