Shipping Policy

Delivery is available within Switzerland.

Orders are processed and shipped after successful payment has been received.

Subscription Orders (JoyziBox)

For subscription orders, deliveries are made regularly between the 20th and 25th of each month.

The first box is carefully shipped within 3–5 business days, depending on the order date.

One-Time Purchases (e.g. Bags, Bottles)

One-time purchases are generally shipped within 2–5 business days after payment has been received.
