Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy

Orders may only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

For subscription orders:
A cancellation or termination must be made before the next billing date in order to avoid further charges.

Once a payment has been processed and the order is being fulfilled, cancellation or refunds are no longer possible.

The customer is responsible for managing their subscription settings in a timely manner.
